White Oblong Pill A333 (Top voted first)

Updated

I just got this medication from a local CVS pharmacy. I had to pay because they once again lied to me about Oxycondone being taken off the market and that my insurance no longer covers this medication. The truth about A333 is LESS Tylenol. If this pill does not work as well as Watson 932 just take an extra Tylenol pill with it. I have been on opiates for 5 years and this pill works just fine for me.

Please let me. Know your experience. I have been on 10/ 560 for 5 years then everything switched to 10/325 finding the extra Tylenol did more harm than good . I have had not so experience when getting refills and getting a pill never seen or taken and one just did not work . Told my doc he said drugs like this can have up to a 25% plus or minus strength from original formula . I also take two a day oxidizing 60 mg which I stopped about 2 weeks ago to try to start trying to take less meds because I finally went back to work after 5 years because of the 3 surgeries I had and needed that much pain meds to make thru a day . I just picked up these a333 and did not like what I saw so I googled and was surprised at how many others commented . I will take but will call my doc because I had a bad experience with a generic Percocet before and got a new script filled but was Norco and wrote it to take 1 every three to four hours because he could not write another script for the same so soon . Good luck and I will let you know how they work for me .

Hi ben,

Sorry to hear about the pharmacy lying to you over your insurance coverage. That sounds like a pretty ridiculous attempt to get you to spend cash. Watson 932 actually has the same amount of Acetaminophen as A333, but I think the difference is that they don't make them with more than 325 mgs anymore. 325 mg is now the new max dosage found in any pills as of 2014, due to an increased risk of liver toxicity.

The only thing is, I wouldn't necessarily advise taking more of something that's clearly being prescribed in smaller amounts for a good reason. Rather than jeopardizing our health in the process, I think what it really comes down to is finding a number of other ways to help manage our pain where the medication falls short.

Try looking into things like tumeric root, cayenne, white willow bark, fruits and veggies, green drinks, CBDs (or 'raw' cannabis), and other powerful natural anti-inflammatory compounds that can help heal your body over time instead of gradually shutting it down.

everyone is saying the activis brand is weaker . it seems like it would be in the company's best interest to make a quality drug , or else people are gonna stop buying it , and switch to another generic . anyway i just got my watsons replaced by activis , so i'll see what happens . I have a few watsons left , so i can compare them . will post again in several days .

Just a note and I am not blaming anyone on this thread for doing this bc I haven't see that yet BUT, I am glad Actavis Percocet is working for some people! But, and I have seen this on other threads, don't be rude and call people names because hey claim the med doesn't work for them! That is not right at all! Actavis gave me such terrible side effects not to mention no pain relief just like their hydrocodone ( Norco ) did a year and a half ago. There definitely is something wrong with the pills but maybe some people just aren't as sensitive. I had bad side effects starting with my first dose and it was the first Percocet rx I had been given in almost a year. I went off narcotics, my choice, for a while but, unfortunately, with my injury I couldn't stay off of them.
Anyway.....pass this along, please be respectful to other people feelings and their predicaments. We are not all the same and what works for one doesn't always work for another! Thank you, and I am very happy to hear of ya'all so success with Actavis oxycodone/apap products.

I just wanted to blow all your minds like mine was, I have an 2003PDR book that I looked up to see what it had to say that Oxycondone hydrochloride was. Because I told someone one thing but someone else said something different. So the book leads me to his page that says OXYCODNE, GENERIC NAME FOR
OXYCONTIN . so how do you all think about that one? I was right , But they were also because they said it was Percocet, also here are brand names Endocet,Roxicet and Tylox for the generic ingredients ,Acetaminophen,Oxycodone hydrochloride. So does anyone the different between all these different drugs. Way so many names for the some ingredients. Is it just different companies name it something else?
