U say CPS. ? Omg. Welfare? Is that court ordered? It's not legal for them to test u otherwise. And if they are they don't trust u. And won't ever. Their word against yours always. They never need evidence they are above the law. On a administrative level. So they have pretty high authority. Can do anything they want. But drug test??? I'm sure they need a court order. To make u. I wish I can tell u more. I never come here. You need a paid lawyer that won't soak u.

Has anyone heard of a alcohol mouth swab that they dip n ur urine ? They say it can detect alcohol n ur system up to 5-7 days ?? Can anyone answer this for me??

They try to get u to come n there office for urine test if u refuse they have sent a person to my house requesting a hair sample ..I refused n told them if they didn't have court order or legal documents from cps ...get out of my house n stop harassing me...

Hi, I have been going to methadone clinic for 4 years now. For the first year I was prescribed clonzapams. No problem. Then they said that the federal government was making it so, if you are prescribed benzos you have to be at 80 mgs. I was on double that. So I basically told my primary care physician to stop my prescriptions. And from then on out I just hoped for the best and passing my screens. I have taken one a day since I was 11 years old I'm 28. I have a severe panic disorder. I'm not taking them makes me episodes where I am lying on the floor for reaching out with a cold rag on my head feeling like I'm going to die. Recently the place I go to switch to the saliva test. The first two tests I took I bombed. I failed both of them. I read up on how to make sure you pass and it was don't take anything for two days prior to your test I go once a week so I know when my test usually is. So here's my dilemma, I go on vacation every year with my husband and my kids this year my mother-in-law wants to go my husband's side of the family knows nothing about me going to the clinic and I would like to keep it that way. We are we are going on vacation there is not a methadone clinic within 2 hours drive of the condo. So I put in for an exception. Which would give me my normal 6 days + 4. So two days before I went in this past week I was at work I work in a doctor's office and it's actually Ophthalmology and hematology office so it's very stressful and I have panic attacks a lot of work. While I was at work on Tuesday I had an extremely bad panic attack and ended up taking a Klonopin. I didn't think that I would be tested on that Thursday but I ended up getting tested. So what I did was I put some water in my mouth before they administered the test is there any chance that it would have been too diluted? I've been going there for four years I have never been in trouble I am considered successful in treatment. I've never started any trouble and I have always came when I'm supposed to be there never missed days or anything. I just want to be able to go on vacation with my family and now I'm scared that I'm going to fail this test because I put water in my mouth. I know it was stupid but it was the only thing I could think of doing so that I wouldn't feel for benzos and Be on a benzo detox and not be able to go on vacation with my family. It really sucks to feel like you're in prison but the treatment is working for me so I'm sticking with it. I just would really like some advice from someone. I put the water in my mouth right before he put the swab in. Is it possible that the water mixed with enough saliva for my methadone to show up? I am deathly afraid of being thrown out of the clinic but since they just switch to this new place I think I could argue that I want a retest. I don't know. Anyways thanks in advance for your answers.

My wife was given a mouth swab today bt TXCPS because her Grandson was taken from his mother due to the fact she was swab and tested positive for meth.my wife was told she had to be tested before she could have contact with him.the social worker let her smoke a cigarette and get a drink of water and then gave her the test, my wife not knowing the 10 MIN window, took the test and failed, they say she tested positive amphetamine and meth. amphetamine this is crazy, my wife does not do speed, while they were waiting for the swab to react she ask the social wkr if she could get a drink of water, she said yes, when my wife came back in the room she was informed she field. My wife laughed told the cps lady you're mistaken and asked for another test, cps lady said no I can't let you, you just had a drink of water, why did she test her before then after the cigarette and drink of water she had just before the test. These people are not qualified to administer these test, they either do not know the correct procedures, or don't give a damn. My wife then asked for a UA. CPS Lady told her she would talk to her supervisor about it, to go a head and leave, and she would call her to let her know what the supervisor said, she left very upset went straight to care now and asked for a UA we can not wait to get the results to show them how unqualified they are to be making the decisions they make with people's lives. We still have not heard from the cps lady or her boss. Way to go Tarrant County CPS, you really care about the families you destroy. We will see what Senator Bardwell and the attorney Generals office has to say about your procedures, Thank You
