will it be ok to take 2 x 500mg paracetamol and then 2.5hrs later take 1 tramadol hydrochloride 50mg ? ## Hi charlie, From what I could gather, the maximum amount of paracetamol (acetaminophen) for adults is 1 gram (1000 mg) per dose - up to 4000 mg daily. So with that in mind, it is possible to take two 500mg tabs at once. Safety is another concern though with regards to liver damage, if you plan on taking such a high dosage for any prolonged period of time. But as far as drug interactions go, there shouldn't be any problem taking Tramadol shortly thereafter. According to the MayoClinic, there is actually a Tramadol + Acetaminophen combination that is available for pain relief. When used together, the combination is said to provide better pain relief than either medicine used alone...

Use RALIVIA if you want to get off these nasty pills. 100-200mg daily RALIVIA ease withdraw symptoms. Maybe take a PERK or 2 to help out if your taking 20s, 40s, 60s, or 80s. Its hard but RALIVIA eases withdrawl symptoms. ## OXYNEO and OXYCOTIN are the same. One is slow release other is quicker. If you are addicted to OXYCOTIN here is what you do. Ask your docter to change to RALIVIA pain killer but also get some PERKASETS prescribed. Take your RALIVIA pain killer in place of the OXYCOTTIN pill. If you take 40mg OXYCOTTIN you need 100mg RALIVIA. They have a 24hr lasting pain killing effect. They also will stop withdrawl symptoms you get from getting away from OXYCOTTIN. The reason you get PERKASETS is your body will ask for a PILL that you know has OPIATES in it. While your nerve ending...

Is tramodol gluten free. I suffer from bulging disc and recently diagnosed with celiac I just don't know what I can take when need relief ## To my knowledge, most medications don't contain gluten; but to know for sure you would most-likely have to contact the manufacturer of this specific pill or do some self-research for a list of the inactive ingredients in each tablet. If the manufacturer isn't listed on your Tramadol prescription, then I can just as easily look up the imprints and markings on your pill to try and determine what these inactive ingredients may be or who the manufacturer is. So if you could post back with any additional details, that would be great. I hope this helps! ## It's tramodol hcl 50 mg tab mylan on the tablet it says M on one side and T7 on the...

my mother lives in a rural area in qld australia and find s it hard to obtain her medication. i am her carer and she has asked me to seek information to relieve her pain. mum is a cancer sufferer. ## Hi! I'm very sorry about the problems she's having, no one should have to suffer and be miserable. However, I really don't know what options are available in Australia. The best idea I have is for you to check and see if there is a mail order place that can send her prescription medications directly to her door, or to you as her caregiver. If that's an option that's available there, it may help because her doctor could fax the prescriptions to them, which would save a lot of hassle and trouble. Does anyone else have any ideas?

What exactly is this pill? It is round and white with the inscription 319 on it. ## The pill which you have described is a 50 mg Tramadol. It is used as a pain killer and can be habit forming. Recently it has been reported that Tramadol is being more strictly regulated and that the supply chain is running short, so a lot of patients have been finding it hard to get their prescriptions filled. This particular pill with 319 on it is manufactured by a company call Zydus pharmaceuticals. I recommend that you review the page for Tramadol Details for more info about this drug. The only thing I've found that somewhat matches the imprint is Aricept (23 mg). It is a reddish brown pill with ARICEPT engraved into the front and 23 engraved into the back. Aricept belongs to the drug class cholinesterase inhibitors and used in the treatment of alzheimer's disease. Manufacturer: Eisai Inc. National Drug Code (NDC): 62856-0247 I'm guessing you may have already taken the pill (hopefully with no adverse reactions) seeing as you don't seem to know what it is. If yo...
