My husband is prescribed tramadol, he takes 50mg tablets, 1 pill 4 times daily. But for the last 2 months they said his urine test at the Dr is negative for tramadol. He has taken them every day as prescribed for 2 years as part of his pain regiment for his auto immune diseases. The doctor said if his lab work next month is negative of tramadol again, he will dismiss him as a patient. My husband has 5 auto immune diseases and it took 3 years to get to a doctor who could figure out what was going on and get him on treatments. If he's dismissed, he will lose his biologics treatment for the illness, not just pain relief. Does anyone know why his tramadol is not showing up in the lab work??? I'm at a loss! ## 2 possible reasons...Someone is swapping out his meds with a look-alike or...

I have quite a large round pink pill with "Citra" on one side and "100" on the other side. Has anyone else gotten these before?

I am looking for some information about this drug. ## Have been given dorvasal but know nothing of contents. does anyone know what is in here? ## I am sorry, I can't find anything listed. Did you spell it correctly? ## My mom has been taking Dorvasal for past 4 years. It was prescribed by a doctor in Mexico. As per him it is not a steroid and it contains DMSO (DiMethyl Sulphoxide) It really helped my mom with her Rheumatoid Arthritis for about 3 years or so; but unfortunately now her pain is back (even worse) and she is showing a lot of other side-effects like dizziness, spinning motion in her head, nausea, mouth ulcers, skin rashes, insomnia etc. We are not sure if they are caused by Dorvasal as she is taking few other medications like Tramadol Hydrochloride (analgesic painkiller) ...

What is the side effect with this drug besides the fact that it is addicting? ## I was recently prescribed this medication for a spinal cord condition and I haven't taken it yet. I'm afraid to. If it's not a narcotic medication, why so many warnings and why is it addicting? ## I don't know about the narcotic of it, but I DO know my husband has been taking it for a couple years for his back pain. He didn't seem to be addicted, but it didn't help his pain much for starters anyway. Secondly, he was taking 150mg at one time, which you shouldn't take over 100mg at a time. Then, because he has a history of hepatitis (the one that goes away, don't remember which one that is A,B,C,D or E). Anyway, he had to stop taking it because it caused spots on his liver, and...

Please someone tell me if Tramadol 100mg from Mexico is pink, round, and has no imprint except a line down the middle for breaking in half? ## To be honest, there are so many pills from Mexico that are claimed to be many different things and with their lack of drug regulations and no imprints on them, it's very difficult to even take a guess at what the tablets might contain. They could be Tramadol, but the only way to know for sure would be to pay to have them analyzed by a lab somewhere. Did you order them online, or actually get them in Mexico? ## My friend filled a prescription in Mexico. They seem legitimate as far as packaging and manufacturer. I just wish they weren't plain. ## I filled a script for 100 mg white capsules in Mexico. I feel no different when taking this. No...

I’m currently on Tramadol 50mg for severe back issues. What over the counter cold medication is safe for me to take? ## Unfortunately, there are far too many on the market for me to be able to check them all for interactions for you. Is there a specific one that you usually take, when you experience cold symptoms? If so, please post back with the name, and I'll gladly check for you. The FDA warns that Tramadol carries the risk of being habit forming, and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, dry mouth, and constipation. Ref: Tramadol Information

Is it okay to take Instaflex with Declofenac, Tramadol and Tylenol. I know white will bark has a substance similar to aspirin. I'm wondering about the Declofenac (NSAID) with an aspirin-type ingredient. Also, I no longer have AFIB but am still taking a low dose of Atenolol and Flecainide (preventive) and am slowing going off of it. Okay to take the Instaflex. My doc doesn't know a lot about these herbs. ## Hello, Nancy! How are you? I'm sorry, but no one knows a lot about herbs and natural remedies. Since they can't be patented like prescription drugs, no one has any reason to spend the money to evaluate them for side effects or interactions with medications. Have you tried contacting the manufacturers to ask if they have any information for you? ## Can you take instafle...

I filled a prescription of Tramadol from Mexico & the brand is Adiolol 100 mg capsules. There are no markings on the capsules & they're white. Anyone know if these are legitimate? Just concerned about the reliability. ## Unfortunately, there is no way to be sure, that is the hazard of filling a prescription in a foreign country. Their medications are not as strictly regulated as those under the auspices of the FDA. If you received it from a legitimate pharmacy, with a good reputation there, then most likely they are real, but there's no way to be certain, unless you would have them tested by a lab. A quick search doesn't even turn up anything under this name, but the databases that I use are geared towards U.S. approved medications. The FDA warns that Tramadol carrie...

Can I also use it for menstruation cramps? ## It is listed as containing Hyoscine, so it is not likely that it will help with menstrual cramps. The NIH warns that it may cause nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, and headache as side effects. What else have you tried for your cramps? Have you consulted your doctor? Are you on any other medications? ## My dr prescribed me Scopex for my period cramps, I have endometriosis as well, with the scopex he also prescribed exinef, I also have a stomch ulcer, which my gp is aware of, and the brochure inside the exinef says to not use it when you have a ulcer... He refuses to put me back on Tramacet/tramadol, which actually took away my pain almost instantly for hours, where I would literally use only 1 once every 24hrs depending on the pain, but the med...

Ive been taking tramadol for aprox 8yrs nonstop other than a 7week break. Ive back problems and my knees are broken down do to years of rough wear and tear on top of many injuries. Ive no health insurance either. Truth b told,i cannot function very well at all without taking the tramadol. So i am checking to see of anyone has any insight or suggestions as to where i may b able to purchase tramadol after the 18th of august which is when tramadol becomes a controlled substance. Im aware that ordering overseas is risky but going without the meds is not an option. I am very worried about the change in classification. I never expected anything like this to happen, had i known and not been ignorant to the possibility of not being able to order tramadol online i would have done something diffe...

Is there any way to accurately identify pills that originate from Mexico? I have a small round white pill with a weird "R" logo, from Mexico. It's Clenbuterol, but I don't know the mg. Can anyone help me find out what the correct dosage is for this particular tablet? ## Prescription pills from Mexico tend to differ from those in other countries in terms of their appearance, labels, and packaging - but being that Mexico doesn't appear to maintain public drug databases like the US FDA does, posted below is just a 'quick guide' on some basic things to be mindful of: 1. Know the Features: Every pill has a unique identity that incorporates its shape, color, size, and any imprints. The imprints may include a combination of numbers, letters, symbols, or the name of ...

In Canada I was taking an extra strength robaxacet for extreme lower back pain due to an old work injury. I am currently staying in Mexico and did not bring enough with me. Does anyone know if there is anything here that will work the same? I am in extreme pain every day when I wake up and can't bend what so ever. If anybody knows of a similar product or even something better I could find here that would be a great help. ## Tramadol 100mg... Take 2 2x day. (400mg). They work. I truly believe Tramadol in Mexico is stronger than in the US. They also come in 50 mg capsules. They also have 100mg injectable available. 50 pesos for 5 viles. Every pharmacy has a different pill call Tramadol. Crazy I know. They are strong. Be careful because they are extremely addictive. I had both my knees...

I found a white round pill that says "Citra" on one side and "50" on the other. I’m thinking it’s Tramadol, but can’t find any images on the web. I mostly see there are some from Mexico that are pink or white but have no imprint. I’m baffled as to what this pill might be. ## I’ve never seen Citra use an imprint.

I saw a Dr. assistant and she prescribed a medication for me. Her name is on the Rx bottle with the abbreviation Aurobindo - Not sure what this means... Please help. ## Hello, Clinton! How are you? Arubobindo is the name of the manufacture of those particular tablets. The FDA classifies Tramadol as an opioid, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. ## I need help identifying a pill from Mexico. All our pharmacies here have switched to amneal, which doesn't do a thing except give a headache. The brand does make a difference. The mylan works great. ## Yes, there can be differences in generic medications. Once a medication is available to be made a generic, it is allowed to differ, in the active ingredient, from the name brand by as much as plus or minus 20%. The FDA considers this an acceptable therapeutic window. The problem that you can run into, of course, is that generics do not have to measure against each other, just against the name brand. This means that while one generic may be high quality and contain 100mgs of a given medication, another generic may only contain 80mgs and another could contain 120mgs. Not everyone is sensitive to such changes and most people don...

green and yellow capsule with capital letter TK written on the yellow side of the capsule. ## I'm very sorry, I did see this in one other post, recently, however, I cannot find any information on it. This leads me to believe that this is something available over the counter, perhaps a natural supplement, of some sort. There is also the possibility that it may be a foreign medication. This is a salmon pinkish round pill with no markings or lines on either side. My prescription was filled in mexico and they are supposed to be tramadol 100mg. Has anyone ever died taking these? ## Yes, those are 100mg time release tramadol. I take them as well and mine are from mexico. ## How could anyone be so sure of what these contain when there are no markings to identify it? This is not to say that it may very well be Tramadol based on the color and location of the sale. However there are probably hundreds if not thousands of different pills in the world that are round and pink with no markings, from counterfeit drugs, illicit substances, OTC products, dietary supplements, etc... What is the color for 37.5-325? ## My Mother (Yes, it's Mother's Day) was taking Tramadol APAP, 37.5 mg, for many months with apparently good results. However, a refill came back with a different colored and shaped tablet and has caused her nausea. The original one was an oval, orange tablet with 083 embossed on one side and the letters KALI on the other. Does anyone know where to find this particular brand of Tramadol? Thank you, for my Mom. ## That is because you were given a different version of this drug in generic form with a different manufacturer. I would call the pharmacy that dispensed you the orange colored tablets and ask them which manufacturer made it, and if they can order it for her for the refills, since the other is giving her unnecessary side effects. Happy Mot...

I am a 73 year old male in otherwise good health. I'm taking Tramahexl 100mg +2 Panados for relief from very severe lower back pain coupled with abdominal pain, but the pain is constant and I cannot endure the chronic pain at times. Please, can someone advise? I used to take a drug called Jurnista (synthetic morphine) which did not help. Also, is anybody on methadone and does it help with chronic pain? ## Tramahexal contains the active ingredient Tramadol, which is much milder than the Morphine that you've already tried, so that is likely why it hasn't helped you. What dosage do you take of the Panadol, and how often do you take it? Methadone has been known to help some people with chronic pain. The NIH warns that it carries the risk of being habit forming, and may cause sid...
