These two medications really aren't comparable, the Hydrocodone with Acetaminophen is much stronger, since it's a traditional narcotic analgesic.

This is a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation.

Is there ANY RISK at taking BOTH Tramadol and Hydrocodone? My Husband has been taking Hydro's 10/325 for over 10 years, 4x a day, and has from time to time taking Tramadol with it. He is seemingly suffering from reoccurring kidney infections. I have yet to see him pass a stone. But I am a WIFE that is getting pretty fed up with him being "down" often. The Doctor that prescribes these for him as just recently lost her DEA License. Any Articles that you can point me to would be appreciated, He is starting to let me treat him with oils and herbs for his scar tissue pain, and arthritis pain.
