I just took like 4 75mgs so I'll let you know in about 20 minutes if you can get high. And the answer to your question is yes, you can snort them, you "can" snort anything and I have read that people do that with these as well. But I heard it really burns.

Yes, it's true that you can snort anything, however, that doesn't mean it isn't dangerous.

Tablets contain fillers and not all of these are broken down by the human body, they are normally just expelled in your waste. When you snort or inject a medication that isn't specially formulated to be used that way, you're putting them into your body in ways that it cannot process them out. This creates the risk of dangerous blockages.

In addition, since Nucynta contains the opioid Tapentadol, you are also running the risk of overdose.

Think of your friend dropping dead from o.d.-ing All because he wanted to get high... Really, is that what its come to.... I take 3 - 4 100mg nucyntas every day, I'm only 34 and suffer chronic pain and its not fun or not living when you by no choice of your own are addicted to a little orange tablet that if you don't take you can't function.... Next time you think of ways to get high, smoke a joint or pack a bowl... Its natural, our lord(who ever that may be) put it here for a reason. Wake up people.... You get addicted before you realize it! It takes you, you don't take it!

I agree so much. People don't realize the risks, or the severity of the addiction. It is sad that people think of it as a joke.
