How long do Nucynta stay in your blood stream, not your urine? Thank you

If Nucynta is an opioid and Morphine is an opioid would they show up any different on a drug test? If they are different tell me how they tell?

I went to my Dr this morning and he said that Nucynta showed up in my drug screen. There's only one huge problem, I didn't take it. Nor have ever heard of it.
