Is a small, thick, round pill with 2mg scored onto one side and a P over IR on the other side, a generic Dilaudid? ## You didn't specify what color your pill was, but based on the information provided, the closest match I'm finding is a description of a white oblong shaped pill imprinted with "P-XL 32mg"; which has been identified as Palladone 32 mg. Palladone is just another brand of Dilaudid (hydromorphone), but not a generic. Manufacturer: Purdue Pharma LP National Drug Code (NDC): 59011-0315 You can learn more about this drug on the page for Hydromorphone Details Does this sound like a possible match? ## A white round tablet one side has nothing but a line a cross it and on other has 54 and under it was I thank 406 or 426 is this a 8few mg ## A white round tablet one...

It may also cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. Learn more Morphine details here. Is there anything else I can help with? ## Thank you. I simply want to know if I can take hydromorphine and hydrocordone together? And what would be the max dosage of each together before nausea would set in? ## Hello, Based on my research, there are no drug interactions found between Vicodin (Acetaminophen + Hydrocodone) and Dilaudid (Hydromorphone). This does not necessarily mean no interactions exist, but my sources state that every effort has been made to ensure that the information provided is accurate. Just take the medication as prescribed, and if nausea occurs just speak with your doctor and lower the dose. Medication effects everyone differently, so you won't really know how your body will react until you try it out. I hope this helps, please post back if you have any more questions!

Is Endocet 10/325 available in my area--36272 zip code? Where? Cost? ## Hi buonaritti, From what I've read, the particular brand name "Endocet" has actually been discontinued. However, the active ingredients (acetaminophen + oxycodone) are still available under other brand names, such as Percocet - including a variety of generic options. You may want to talk with your pharmacy about pricing though, since those details can often be based on your location, insurance, and overall availability. I hope this info helps!

I would like to know how many 37.5 mg of tramadol is equal to one norco 10-325mg. ## They aren't comparable and one cannot be converted to the other. Tramadol is derived from an opiate and shares some similar properties, but doesn't actually work the same as one and isn't as effective. Learn more Tramadol details here. However, Norco contains an actual narcotic, Hydrocodone, coupled with Acetaminophen. Learn more Norco details here. Thus, it is actually much stronger and more effective at treating pain. percodan ## I've been on Norco 10/325s x 2, 10/day for 5 yrs and Opana 20mg x 7 = 140mgs for 4 yrs now. Started at 10mg and worked my way up in the past 4 yrs. Now the Norco doesn't do much for the pain anymore nor do I even get a buzz, so my doc switched me to Roxicodone 30mg x 6/day. Am I going to go through withdrawls from the Norco or will the Roxicodone keep me from having them? I've taken Roxicodone before, but I think they were 5s or 15s. Am I going to notice a difference and get high also? Should I do what I've read or atleast try to take a pill and a 1/2hr later blow one? I want to get rid of the pain and also get high. How should I feel and what should I expect? I have to see the doc in a month because of change in meds and get my refill. Also to see if I'm...

When I first started picking up my Lortab 10/500 from my pharmacy, it was in pink tablet form. I asked the pharmacist why it was pink, and was told that it was a generic brand. I was also told that it was not as "effective" (potent-wise) as some other colors 10/500 came in. I asked which color had the most effectiveness for overall pain and was told the purple tablets were. After switching to the purple Lortab 10/500 tablets, I noticed a considerable difference in pain relief and duration. Actually, they look more like a bluish-purple. ## Hi Herman, It is true that generic brands are not as effective as brand name medications, generic medications are allowed (by the FDA) to contain up to 20% more or less of the actual active ingredients. This factor, along with different inactiv...

I sniffed a 10mg opana about 2 hours ago.. i am nervous my parents will be drug testing me sometime this week. i havent done any drugs (besides alcohol) in 4 months. should i drink a lot of water? or does throwing up work, or will that just make me have to drink more water? i also read somewhere it doesnt metabolize for 3 days, does that mean it wont show up for 3 days? it is possible ill be tested tomorrow but i think i can hold it off until 3pm. any suggestions or words of encouragemnt would be greatly appreciated! ## Opana contains the active ingredient Oxymorphone, it is a narcotic, so it can be detectable for approximately 4 to 5 days, after use. I'm very sorry that you lost such a good doctor. Do you have PCP that you see regularly? If so, it would probably be easiest to have them refer you to a pain management specialist. i went to 8 pharmacies to get my monthly refills yesterday . I still have none.. whats going on?? I too live in the tampa area. thanks. ## I'm sorry that you're having so much trouble getting your prescription filled. There was a large distributor who was recently shut down, due to questions over the large amounts of controlled substances they moved each month. This has caused many pharmacies in that area to be short on supply, until such a time as new distributor takes over. Learn more Methadone details here. Is there anything else I can help with?

I'm prescribed oxycodone 10-325 for back problems but have been dealing with a very painful chest ailment for about a month and it has been very painful and all the coughing intensifies my back pain thus i have been taking more than my prescribed dosage. A few days before my scheduled refill I ran out of my oxycodone 10-325 so I took a small piece of an 8mg suboxone this morning to help with the withdrawal symptons. My Dr is making me schedule an appointment to get a refill tomorrow (unexpected) and I am worried that if he tests me he will be able to tell I took suboxone or that I do not have oxycodone in my system, its been 3 days since I took an oxycodone 10-325 but just yesterday I had a Percocet which essentially would b the same but without the Tylenol.... can the Dr tell the d...

I have been on 100mg MS Contin 2X day for close to 10 years. What would be the best substitute and what MG. ## The most likely one to switch to would Oxycontin, it's over one and a half times stronger than Morphine. So, to equal each 100mgs dose of MS Contin, you'd need about 67mgs of Oxycontin. That's not available as an actual dosage, so your doctor would need to adjust accordingly, either a few milligrams higher or lower, depending on your tolerance. Learn more Oxycontin details here. What others have you tried?
