Is this a strong pain medications? i do not get any relief from using it ## Hello, Shelley! How are you? Hydrocodone with Acetaminophen is a generic for Vicodin, Norco, Lortab and others. It is a narcotic analgesic, so it is pretty potent, but it doesn't work for everyone, since we are all different. Learn more Vicodin details here. Have you consulted your doctor about the problem? They should be able to prescribe an alternative medication that you can try.

A BIG WHITE PILL WITH OBLONG SHAPE ## Hello, Sam! How are you? I think the marking you're looking at may actually be meant to be 6I (capital i) and the tablet contains 600mgs of Ibuprofen, which is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory that's used to treat pain, fever and swelling. Side effects may include nausea, dizziness, headache and stomach irritation. Learn more Ibuprofen details here. Will you please double check the marking and let me know? Thanks!

If anyone knows a dr please call me asap i will pay for your information 609-xxx-xxxx ask for tony thank you..... ## Hi Tony, In regards to finding a local pain doctor, I have listed below a couple websites specific to locating pain management doctors in a given area. All you have to do is input your city or zip code for narrowed results: {link removed because site no longer exists} You can give this other page a try too if you come up with different results for some reason or another: wellness.com/find/pain%20management%20specialist Many of the results you find (in one or both of the links above) also list a phone number for that specific doctor; I'd consider ca...

It's a capsule-shaped white pain pill and on one side its says G 32 and on other side it says 500. Someone said it was a hydrocodone pain pill and wanted information on that pill but I couldn't find a pill with those marking under hydrocodone. So what kind of pain pill is it? ## G 32, divided by a line down that side of the tablet and 500 on the other side is Naproxen 500 mg. Naproxen is a anti inflammatory. It is the same medication that is in Aleve, but in a higher mg.There is no hydrocodone in it. ## I can confirm that the white capsule shaped pill with imprint G 32 500 is Naproxen (500 mg). It is manufactured by Glenmark and has a National Drug Code of 68462-0190. Like BL mentioned, Naproxen is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug. It is commonly used for the reduction of ...

A blue pill with a / on one side 224 on one side ## Hello, Cece! How are you? The tablet with the 224 marking and a score line on the opposite side contains 30mgs of Oxycodone, so it is generic for Roxicodone. Learn more Roxicodone details here. There is no Percocet that contains 30mgs of the Oxycodone, it's only available with a maximum of 10mgs of it, coupled with the Acetaminophen. Learn more Percocet details here. However, both are narcotic analgesics that have the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, constipation and dry mouth. Is there anything else I can help with?

I found a dark green, opaque football-shaped gel-filled capsule (which may have tiny gold-ish speckles.) It is about 3/8" long, approximately. There are no visible markings, though a cat may have swallowed and regurgitated it, erasing anything that was printed on. Any thoughts on what this could be? ## I'm sorry, but it's very difficult to say without having any markings on it and with just a guess at the speckles. The first thing that comes to mind is an Advil liquigel, since they are readily available over the counter. Learn more Advil details here. Another one that's kind of similar is Gas-X or its equivalent store brands/generics. Does anyone else have any ideas?

are they the same doseage or is one stronger then the other & what one is stronger? ## Hello, Kelly! How are you? Since the Acetaminophen augments the action of the Hydrocodone, these are probably roughly about equivalent in efficacy. While one has a lower dose of the narcotic, the higher amount of Acetaminophen kind of makes up for it. Learn more Vicodin details here. Is there anything else I can help with? This medication does have the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation.

I have been told by my doctors that they don't make vicodin 5.500 any more and keep giving me 5.325 but my neighbor has the same back injury and received 5.500 is the doctors office lieing to me ## Hello, Nick! How are you? In a way they are and in a way they aren't lying. And the reason I'm saying it that way is because the FDA has put out an official request to all prescription drug manufacturers to lower the amount of Acetaminophen in all of the combination medications to no more than 325mgs per dose. They did this, due to the fact that long-term use of high doses of Acetaminophen has the potential to result in liver damage or failure, plus there have been some overdose related fatalities, since many people thinks it's harmless and would take several tablets, at a tim...

I Am In Tennessee And Want To Fill My North Carolina Presription For Percacet What Pharmacy Can I Go ## Hi, Markie! How are you? Unfortunately, the answer is most likely going to be none! There are restrictions on how much of any medications like this they can order in each month, so that coupled with the importance of monitoring these types of prescriptions and having to validate their authenticity has caused most pharmacies to restrict their customer base to only people who live in and see a doctor within a certain radius of their location. Learn more Percocet details here. When will you be returning to NC?

I am currently taking MsContin and lortab for headaches, lumbar herniations, degeneration, stenosis and sciatica and dysmennorhea I plan on moving in the next 11 months thanks for any help ## Hi, Chaos! How are you? When moving to a new area and requiring those types of medications for long-term chronic pain, you're best bet would be to establish a relationship in the new area with a PCP, then have them refer you to a pain management specialist. There are so many new regulations in place, that it's going to be hard to get the help you need, if you try to do it some other way, such as finding a doctor on your own. Learn more MS Contin details here. Learn more Lortab details here. Have you discussed it with your current doctor? They may have a colleague in that area that they can ...

I am having pain in my tailbone and left buttock while sitting. The X-ray plates show 'lumbar lordosis lost'. I have been to an orthopaedic surgeon who advised me to take hot sitting and Hifenac - MR. along with an antacid. Please advise. ## Hello, Guatam! How are you doing? What problem do you have with the medications that you were advised to take? A doctor is the person best qualified to evaluate your medical condition and to let you know what your treatment options are, if any, and to prescribe the proper medications. The lumbar lordosis is the arch of your lower spine, where it curves inwards, just above your buttocks. Losing that would probably cause the type of pain that you're experiencing, because it's pressing on the nerves in your spinal column in an unusual w...

is Kadian er 30mg stronger then morphine sulfate ir 30mg? i would like to know so i can get the best one for my back pain ## Hello, Debby! How are you? Morphine is the active ingredient in Kadian, so neither one that you've mentioned is stronger. The difference lies in the formulation. The Kadian is a time released formulation, so the Morphine is slowly released for a period of approximately 12 hours to provide better pain control. While the IR is an instant release formulation that releases all of the Morphine at once to alleviate pain and these ones usually last about 6 to 8 hours….but sometimes as little as 4, if someone is tolerant to opiates. Learn more Morphine details here. Morphine is a narcotic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, s...

R they yellow with a line on one side and nothing on the other side ## Hi, Matt! How are you? No, all Dilaudid tablets available on the U.S. market would have an imprint on them, this is required by law to enable their identification in case of emergency. If you have a tablet with no imprint on it, then it is most likely something that's available over the counter. Is there anything else I can help with? ## I got them throw the mail is it possible if they came from another County

I,m already prescribed tramadol for pain is it helpful for toothache? ## Hi Dot, Based on my research, Tramadol can be a feasible treatment option for pain associated with toothaches. Although certain over-the-counter meds such as ibuprofen are usually considered first line treatment options, it seems to be quite common for dentists to prescribe Tramadol in and of itself, or in combination with something like ibuprofen for serious tooth pain. You may also want to talk with your doctor or dentist about using an antibiotic (e.g. clove essential oil) to help fight the infection as well. I hope this helps!

Is a small, thick, round pill with 2mg scored onto one side and a P over IR on the other side, a generic Dilaudid? ## You didn't specify what color your pill was, but based on the information provided, the closest match I'm finding is a description of a white oblong shaped pill imprinted with "P-XL 32mg"; which has been identified as Palladone 32 mg. Palladone is just another brand of Dilaudid (hydromorphone), but not a generic. Manufacturer: Purdue Pharma LP National Drug Code (NDC): 59011-0315 You can learn more about this drug on the page for Hydromorphone Details Does this sound like a possible match? ## A white round tablet one side has nothing but a line a cross it and on other has 54 and under it was I thank 406 or 426 is this a 8few mg ## A white round tablet one...
