What is the difference between 10mg/500mg lortab and 7.5mg/500mg lortab ## The difference in the dosage is simply a higher amount of Hydrocodone (10 mg). Dosages of Hydrocodone are potent and can have a high dependence, which means it may be addictive and must be administered in small proportions. Do you have any other quesitons or information to add? Is this in the same family of Diluadid? . ## That stands for Acetaminophen with Hydrocodone, it is generic for Lortab and yes, the Hydrocodone is a narcotic opiate, just like the Hydromorphone in Dilaudid. However, I can tell you that these pills marked with a 44 followed by additional numbers are over the counter products. They are sold in many stores as the store brands or generics of other name brand products, such as Tylenol, Aleve and etc. Does anyone else know what this is?

So I have these morphine sulfate er 15mg..
