Need Help With My 10 Panel And Gcms Results.

I am currently and have been seeing a pain man. doc for 4 years now. i have been prescribed opana 20 mg er one every 12 hours and norco 10 mg 6 a day as needed 1-2 at a time. I recently had to take a ten panel drug screen and a GMCS. i tested pos. for phencyclidine, (PCP) i think, and pos. for cocaine. do not do either....and oxymorphone was not found just hydrocodone and hydromorphone. I am confused and just in shock. My doc. is out of town and the doc. covering him would not refill my scripts. i will go a week without my meds. about 3 days i took a suboxone to see if that helped with chronic and acute pain. my friend lied. would that have messed up the results. i also have sinus problems which my family doc can verify and was taking sinus med and using afrin nasal spray, quite a bit. Any help would be greatly appreciated. the worst thing i was worried about failing for would of been for marijuana. which i dont smoke very often just when i need help to fall asleep and that did not show up. Im just floored by test results and why they are making me wait for my doc. and go without meds for a week. thank you for you time and response.

Unfortunately, if the test used isn't a certified one, then false positives are pretty common. You can search our site and you'll find many posts from people in the same situation.

The Suboxone contains Buprenorphine and Naloxone. The Buprenorphine is a semi-synthetic opiate and they have been well known to cause false positives for other semi-synthetic opiates and synthetic ones.

I'm afraid that you really don't have any recourse, they are not obligated to prescribe you anything, so the only thing you can do is wait for your regular doctor to return and then discuss it with them.

Does anyone else have any suggestions?

I take ranitine 300mg,hydrocodone7.5 325,alprazolam1mg 3 x's a day,hydroxyzine 25 mg up to 6 a day, antihistamine dpphenhydramine hci oral its compared to childrens benadryl for my hives..... I take 10 panel uti for probation what are my odds for a false positive for all this skin condition caused from a drug allergy....
