How Can I Clean Xanax Out Of My System (Top voted first)

I have reciently taken a large amount of xanax after abstaining for 4 months. like many I have a drug test coming up. my question is, are there any natural ways to flush it out so the test will be negative?

Whoever says 1 Xanax bar stays in your system for 6 weeks is an i****. I once took a bar on a Thursday and got drug tested Saturday morning and passed. All you need to do is drink plenty of water and use the middle part of your urination (not the start).

I'm currently 96 days clean, and haven't looked back. I was taking 4mgs/nightly, for over three years before quitting cold turkey (not recommend)! What I ended up using to help ease the Benzos out of my system was hydration of Juices, and waters. Please load up on and vitamins, get lots of natural sunlight and do as much exercise as you can.. I was still hurting for A while, but I was able to get 3 years worth of Xanax out of my urine, within 6 days.

I got addicted because of doctors prescribing me three 10 hydrocodones a day at 17. She should have sent me to physical therapy and gave me 800 mg motrin and healed me that way, but instead introduced me to feeling high....so do some research before you flap ya gums.... I'd say it could change your mind reading up on different story's and addictions.

XANAX is unlike any other drug in the way it is tested for. Pre-employment has a thresh hold for the amount in your system. However if you are being tested at a methadone clinic there is 0 thresh hold or tolerance for the amount in your system. 1 ppm means positive. So if you are in the clinic your screwed. The best thing to do is save up your clean urine and put it in the freezer and then warm up a small amount when the time comes around for a drug test. 2 weeks is the max XANAX will stay in your system unless you have problems with constipation,liver or circulatory system. The differing thresholds between employment and methadone clinics is the reason for the large disparity between passing and failing at various states of use and time.

Damn for real. I took a bar wednesday and I may have a drug test Saturday. I always thought it took 2 days to get out your system and i have high metabolism, that's why I took took it. But now I'm seeing all this s*** about it taking 7-10 days even 6 weeks so I'm like wtf.

I've been prescribed Xanax for 2 years now. I take 1 mg 1-2 times a day 3 - 4 times a week when needed. My job does not allow it. I am about 20 lbs over weight. I have bought a 12 panel drug test 4 different times on different occasions at Walgreens. Each time it took 24 - 36 hours for it to show clean. I didn't try to drink a lot of water or drink the magical detox drinks. Even the directions that come with the urine test says it has a 12hr half life and is out of your system in 1-2 days. Most of the info I've read on here are not educated on this or lying. Maybe if you abuse it, it will stay a couple more days. Then I would suggest rehab.

I do Xanax regularly(bars) and pass test day or two after doing nothing but little water.. Smoking marijuana takes me about 4 days and I'm clean. All depends on the body

The tests used to detect Xanax in a person’s system are blood tests, urine tests, saliva swabs, and hair follicle analysis. Urine tests are the most commonly used, but the length of time that Xanax stays in this bodily fluid depends largely on how heavy abuse of the drug has been. For occasional users, a urine test will usually not work past 4 days, but in heavy users, it can detect the substance for up to a week.
