I've tried everyting with the new Op Oxycontin and this is the best and only way to do this. {edited for safety}

Thanks to you selfish recreational drug users, and the selfishness of people who use this medication just to feel high, the formulation was changed and its painkilling effectiveness has been compromised. If you're addicted, get help. Go to rehab or get on a methadone program. If you're using this drug recreationally, go out and buy heroin off the street and leave the prescription meds to those of us who genuinely need this medication due to illness and severe injury. Because of the constant abuse, it's just a matter of time before it's taken off the market completely leaving a lot of people in severe pain in a whole world of hurt as other available medications do not work as well. I find it hard to be respectful to you when you have no respect for yourself or others. Personally, I have no sympathy for you if the new gelling agent travels through your bloodstream and causes permanent injury or worse. It is a ridiculous risk to IV a drug that contains a gelling agent. No matter what you do to remove the binding agent you will never get it all. There are plenty of avenues available to kick your habit. How would you feel if someone you love got cancer and the painkiller they need is no longer available because people like you abused it? Stop being so damn selfish.

can you tell me if it's possible to break down 80 mg. time release? My husband was in a motorcycle wreck 3 years ago, and he had 3 vertebrae crushed in his back and is in constant pain. Sometimes he would like instant relief intravenously. He is not a drug addict, he has a brain injury that makes him not really understand that he could take more than he does. He always follows doc's orders, but does wish he could use them intravenously sometimes when the pain is unbearable. I just want to help my husband! Thanks for your help if you can.

Dude really? I guess I'll point out the obvious!! No1 wants to hear that!! We are trying to find out how to get around the Bs and do them the way we want without hurting ourself! Yes we know there's always a risk bu if your not gonna help people will get tired and do it anyway and who knows how or what will happen to them! So if your not gonna help then stop please!! Someone's always got to be righteous and better than us!!
