How Long Does Dilaudid Stay In Your Urine (Top voted first)

How long does a 8mg dilaudid pill stay in your urine stream? If the pill was taken approximately 8 days before a urine drugs screen will it show up on the test? I had only taken one or two pills.

hi, I am prescribed oxycodone and opana. I actualy take for serious back and leg pain due to a botched surgery and exasurbated by diabetis ( please excuse my bad spelling)I am on probation for a very small amount of pot. I found 2 8mg dilaudid pills from over a year ago and took one 2 days in a row last 2 and a half days ago. I was just called for a drug use evaluation tomorrow at 1:00pm. , what can I do to not have it show in my urine?

Hey peeps. I'm 45 (Dra) I took or IV ed 8 mg D on Thurs. Morning , will ii fail ua tomorrow morning? I have not used in long time, well month or more , I'm on methadone , so it didn't touch me , I'm so stupid , but if your an addict, you know when things get nuts like my life , that's what we do , USE my mom is on her way out and I really don't want to get kicked out of clinic . Am I screwed . Please answer asap, I'm freakin out , and scared

if i was to do a 4mg dilaudid and have to take a urine screen in the morning at 9am will it show up i have been told that it comes out of your system within 18hours idk if thats true or not... i need this out of my system i made a mistake by doing this...... how can i get this out of my system ASAP

So I just got switched to Dilauded (8) after many years on oxycodone (30). My question is what is the average of how many a day people take? Four, six, eight?? They work very well, just not very long... If anyone has any input, I would appreciate it...

After 8 days, in theory, you should be fine. Like most other narcotics, the Hydromorphone in Dilaudid is usually detectable in a urine screen for approximately 4 to 5 days, after use.

However, there is no precise time frame, because individuating factors are always going to play a role, such as your metabolism, overall health, activity levels and etc.

I know this thread is old but just figured I'd share my experience. I use dilaudid 8 mg by IV here and there. Never more then a day or two in a row. I used 8mg Friday night at around 6pm, then again Saturday at 8pm at night. I bought a home test, as I receive random UAs, and tested myself at 7:40am Monday morning and came back clean. And morning urines are the most accurate. I used a 4 panel First Check, which tests for hydromorphone and metabolites. 20 minutes later I was tested again with another brand 5 panel dipstick and came back clean as well. Now this was approximately 36 hours after last use which is cutting it very close. I don't always believe the 72 hour guidline for opiates. For me, even Heroin clears my system in about 48 hours if I'm not an everyday active user. I am 5'6 135lbs and the day after I used I did drink a lot of water throughout the day but there has been times I havent drank that much water and still passed. I believe it depends on the person. 72 hours would put you in the clear if you are not an active user but as you see with my experience, that isn't always the case. The only other thing I took was a multivitamin twice a day.

If you never took dilaudid in your life and you took one pill orally for pain on a Friday afternoon would you come up dirty on a urine screening on that monday morning?

I've done hydromorphone and passed in 36 hours via lab test on more then one occasion. It all depends on the person, how much used, length of time you've been using, metabolism, etc.... It's not an exact science.

Omg u got switched that s*** ruined my life i lost my kid and everything all i did was wanna shoot dope i started off snorting roxy and of course that changed after i lost my kid. i just dident care anymore. untill i stuck myself in a rehab got help and my kid back but please i beg u becareful i was on the hard for 4 years str8

Hello to everyone, I have colorectal cancer got chemotherapy and radiation the cancer went away in my rectum but the radiation caused nerve damage and I had severe chronic pain I was taking 175 mgc fentanyl patches one 100 mgc patch and one 75mgc patch every 48 hours 4 hydromorphone HCl 8mg tabs every 3 hours and 4 methadone HCl 5mg tabs 3 times a day I was always drowsy then I went to the pain clinic and got the Medtronic therapy manager Synchromed ll programmable pump implanted under my skin lower left abdomen it is the size of a large hocky puck it delivers 2.49 mg of concentrated morphine
Directly into my spine and I am totally pain free and no erectile issues like with pain meds I am 54 years old 168 lbs 5'8" tall if suffering from chronic pain please give this a try the Dr. Will test you first they give you a shot in your spine that lasts about 6 hours if your pain goes away then you qualify for the pump good luck to all of you and God Bless you and yours

A friend of mine went to hospital on Monday they tested him on Thursday and again on Monday and they said that he tested dirty for morphine but they gave him a shot of dilaudidcan. can he prove that he got a shot on Monday so he can show his program

I take d's the day before my drug test all the time. They take less than 24hrs for me. I chug water and drink pickle juice. I do drug court with a 12 panel test.

Maybe in 3-4 days. My advice is to stop but for now try to get some pee from someone else who has only methadone in them. Unless you have had several dirty ua's they will probably increase your methadone because it's not keeping you off the other stuff. That's what the clinic's I've went to would have done. They want you extremely addicted to methadone. That's how they keep getting your money.

Get Q Carbo!! I can always use the night before & take UA next morning with drinking Q Carbo 2 hours before your test. I pass every time... Get Q Carbo at local vitamin shop. $27 it cost me. I swear by it. I'm on felony Probation. Been drinking Q Carbo every month before my monthly check in with my probation officer. It has never failed me.. Good luck..

It shouldn't matter, it should all show up as positive for opiates, no distinction between the 3. I. Have a script for hydrocodone(norco) but was taking iv dilaudid illegally. My PO said i tested positive for opiates but assumed it was my norco and blew it off.

Ive taken Dilaudid the night before and it was outta my system the next afternoon. My guess is your fine, I wouldn't worry unless youve got the worlds SLOWEST metabolism.
