U ppl make me sick. If ur so damn worried ab sumthng being n ur system b4 a drug test: here's a fun fact....find a rehab center & quit doing s*&t that isn't prescribed 2 u!!
Ur the ppl that make it hard 4 ppl like me 2 get my meds. Btw-thnkx 4 that. We ALL really appreciate it.

Some of us ask cause we run out of what was prescribed and take something to get threw refill and we get pee tested at pain management. heads up yo use fake pee 20 bucks at smoke shops

Man it may dawn on you if you would think before you speak, addiction is a true disease, I'd love to see you go without your meds cold turkey and maybe then I might want to listen to your preaching, after you feel like you are about to die, you may be the one whom needs that rehab, think before you speak and then preferly not at all!!!!!!!

It's true addiction and withdrawal does suck. But b4 u blast someone about feeling like s***. Let's think how u got on the pills vs. Others who truly need them. Soooo ok if u needed them a Dr would wheen u down and u wouldn't b making it hard for ppl who really do need them when Dr's are cracking down cuz of ppl selling and buying them off the street. If u really need to know the answers to these questions ASK YOUR DR. LOL

Tough s*** get a helmet dude life is tough quit blaming everyone for your problems. you obviously don't care about theirs y should they give two flying f***s about yours. If your having trouble getting meds you don't really need them either. People who really need these drugs are cancer patients and people with severe disabilities and they have access to them. It is people like u who say they have a backache but never had surgery or any kind of diagnosis that complain they can't get what they so call NEED.

I was taking morphine sulphate because of the abuse I experienced during my marriage. this opiate made me forget it all and numb the emotional pain. it suited me and it made me feel good about myself. I didnt know that I can get addicted and that its all wrong way to go. I only wanted the pain to go away and would do anything for it. I am now clean and working with drug and alcohol team for me to stay clean. I also have a littel boy and we are under social work supeprvision because of my opiate intake. I had been prescribed Oxycontin and I was also buying illicitly Morphine Sulphate 60mg. I regret ever starting with this as went through detox in czech republic have been locked up for almost a week and detoxing on Subuxone ( taken it only once then NO withdrawls ) I am happier now because I am getting appropriate help to deal with me past and the repeated rape my husband did to me for 10 years. my life is without opiates and I like my head clear. xxx

I agree. I have had 2 back surgeries and have severe arthritis and chronic pain. I rely on 25 mcg Duragesic Fentanyl Patches and 120 mg og morphine daily to function. People that pop painkillers recreationally make me sick.

Dude, maybe you should check your facts before you run your mouth. Addiction is as real as any disease and not not easy to change. If you had a legit reason to get them you would, so apparently you don't. Nobody choices to be an addict, believe me I would do anything nit to have to depend on something so I can get thru the day.

Also, to be completely honest... let's be real on just how these prescription drugs become available on the street FOR SALE - this happens because of you people, who are yelling about your doctor troubles, are the people who are selling your scripts illicitly to people with addictions. So, thank you, people "in real pain" for helping to keep the cycle of addiction alive and kicking. Put that in your pipe and smoke on it!

You have no idea what its like to have a severe chronic pain condition and multiple ones at that and have no health insurance. Can't afford a dr's visit unless your taking food out of ur own mouth. So you should really think about what your saying.

Soooo the original question was if the med would be out if your system by Friday and instead of you getting any kind of answer it turned into a huge debate on you taking the pill and addiction etc....so I will answer it for you it all depends on your metabolism and how much water you drink and how active you are. Morphine takes longer to get out if your system than any if the other opioid base narcotics. If you only took one than I would bet money that you will be fine by Friday. I am taking 30 mg morphine IR for pain. On days I feel better I take 1 instead of the 3 daily I'm prescribed. If I get tested will they know I have taken one instead of three??
I save the rest for the really bad days.
