I have a white oblong pill with I8 on it, can anyone tell me what this is? ## The marking is actually IB and this is NOT a narcotic of any type, it is a discontinued tablet of 200mgs of Ibuprofen, a generic or store brand for over the counter Advil or Motrin. Some common side effects may include: nausea and drowsiness.
