However, once the seal on that container has been broken, the shelf life drops to one year, since they are then exposed to the elements that can cause degradation. when I was first prescribed vicodin they were Watson, 349...then later 352 and then 357 and now 363 and 368. What do those numbers mean. The ones I felt that worked best were the 349 and 357 Watson. I may be wrong in the numbers (years have gone by since ) but I think I am right. It contains 7.5mgs of Hydrocodone and 500mgs of Acetaminophen, while the one with the WATSON 349 marking contains 5mgs of Hydrocodone and 500mgs of Acetaminophen.
