Subutex With No Markings

Do they make 4mg subutex or the generic form with no markings? Its white with no markings. ## Hi debby, According to the FDA, there are no legitimate prescription drugs (made here in the US) that do NOT contain markings/imprints of any kind. So if it's "supposed to be" a subutex, I personally wouldn't trust whomever told you it was, provided that they live in the US. And even if they got it from another country, there's no honest way to verify the contents of a tablet like this one without getting it analyzed by a lab first. So I'd say it's best to not take this pill until further notice, at least to be on the safe side. I hope this helps!

I've seen that people in the USA have started to get the new 8mg tablets which are smaller than the old 8mg one's and these were introduced in England as the old tablets were being abused. So they made the new pill smaller believing it would dissolve quicker but they were easier to hide and people had more risk of OD. This was mainly started by pressure from the home office to the drug companies because the abuse of subutex within the English prisons and the shadow economy within the prisons! ## I may of been stupid, but I took Subutex the whole time I was pregnant and my baby is perfectly healthy and scored really low with withdrawal symptoms. ## Mikeyf1973, what are the markings on them? does subutex have a 3 on one side of it ## Hi Heather, Subutex pills do not have a 3 on them; or at least the white one's don't, as I haven't seen any other colors. The imprint on white subutex pills are: "B8" or "B2" on one side (depending on the dosage) and on the other side is a sword-like symbol. Does your pill have any other markings or imprints?

I found a round bigger peach color pill no markings, not scored. I heard dealers can remove markings? My daughter tells me they are street subutex? ## Unfortunately, with no markings, it's going to be difficult to determine what it is with certainly. If I get prescribed the sublingual film could I ask the pharmacy to dispense the generic tablets ## No Nate. They won't switch out. Subutex is a completely different script. ## @nate, It probably wouldn't hurt to ask, but if I'm not mistaken, your doctor may have to be the one to make that request prior to writing your 'next' prescription. Usually the pharmacy will only give you what they have on the shelf at that time unless your doctor makes a point of notifying them on the script that you want a specific form of the medication. Not being able to afford a Dr.-a friend of mine sometimes gives me acouple of her subutex.(like suboxone).They come in a pack where you have to punch out each square..like gum.They are square,and see-through purple.The only markings are a line going down,and a line going across.Like this +, so you have 4 little squares.But today when she gave me some, they looked the same,except there was only ONE line down the middle.I don't know why.Is anyone familiar with this drug-and seen them with just the one line down the middle? I would like to see some images of the subutex 'wax square' tablets (clear purple in color). I want to see the markings... if some have just the one line down the middle versus the line down AND across. ( + ) ## Unfortunately, after trying several searches I haven't been able to locate a match in any of the U.S. prescription drug databases, nor any related possibilities on google. Does generic subutex have the numbers 501? ## Hi Leslie - Hmmm, I don't believe so. The only info I could find about a white tablet with the imprint 501 is Mirtazapine 45 mg, which is used to treat depression. (NDC 53808-0737). Does that sound about right to you? If not then I would double check where the medication was obtained. Are there any other markings or packaging for the tablet? Also, is it kind of oval shaped at all, or is it definitely a round circle?

One is that if there is a problem with a certain medication, such as its found to be tainted with something, or to not contain any of the active ingredient, there needed to be some way to trace it back to the manufacturer that made it. Hey... I just got a suboxone and by the markings it is supposed to be an 8/2 mg suboxone, but there was no image available on the internet. It has an N 8 on the front... and an arrow in the back. However, Suboxone contains Buprenorphine and Naloxone, so it would list 2 dosages, one of the most common of which contains 8mgs of the opiate and 2mgs of the Naloxone. Was dispensed these plain white pills that were supposed to be subutex and I can't find anything about them. I know that regardless of the pill and prescription, they should have a mark of some kind on it by law and these do not. I'm furious because people do this kinda stuff and they could kill you cause you don't know what your taking. And of course said person keeps saying "no they are subutex". I think they're victims or something but if anyone out there can honestly say they have had subutex with no markings at all please let me know. ## It seems like I've had markless subutex before.
