2 Topics FoundI have a legitamite pain issue stemming from when I tore my ACL MCL Meniscus before my growth plates set in causing my left leg to be shorter...Then My lower back got messed up over time with this problem causing me to have 3 epidural shots in my tailbone(none worked even a week)...And Then I got in a car accident about 5 years ago which I then had more epidurals, injections, and a RFA(Radiofrequency ablation) which just caused me to have fibromyalgia now as well. All that being said, I was wondering if there is a GOOD Doctor in Illinois? (I live near Woodfield in Schaumburg but willing to travel) I want one who will see my 3 huge folders of medical records, understand, give me something to help manage my pain and also work with me to find a Permanent Long term solution so I am Not on m...

Am looking for a new pain management doctor who is willing to prescribe ms contin and/or norco 10mg. I suffer from chronic pain: polymyalgia rheumatica, migraines, osteoarthritis, etc and am in need of these to get out of bed. The pain is debilitating. I live near Schaumburg,Illinois. Any suggestions especially from personal experience would be appreciated.
