Since it is a generic, it can vary, at any given time, depending on who was offering the cheapest price, when the pharmacy had to restock their supply. I live in Whittier CA and have been on Norco's since 2008. I have always had the yellow by qualitest and now they have vanished. CVS quit carrying them and went with a white oblong by Milkroft (or something like that) and they gave me the worst migraine!! Walgreens carries white Watson. Only the Watson Norcos work for me and now my insurance will not cover Walgreens which is the only pharmacy that carries them. I've tried Amneal Norco, Qualitest Norco, and Mallinckrodt Norco. NONE of them work unless I take 1.5 tablets. I have learned that it is PERFECTLY LEGAL for generic drugs to contain ONLY 80% of the active ingredient, which is clearly why I need 1.5 tablets! (How is this legal?! It is shameful, is what it is!!!!!) Unfortunately, if I take 1.5 per dose, I will run out of them before my next doctor appointment. Please help! What pharmacy carries the blue hydros 10/500 in El paso, Tx westside? ## If you're referring to the blue ones that are manufactured by Watson with the marking WATSON 540 on them, you aren't going to find them anymore. You'll need to be looking for them in white, since Watson has removed the dye. Learn more Norco details here. Additionally, they will all soon be changed to only contain a maximum of 325mgs of Acetaminophen, due to concerns raised by the FDA, because of the risk of liver damage associated with long-term use and the toxicity of overdose.
