That way a pharmacy can't substitute. ## The only problem with that Zi can't find a pharmacy that carries that brand. : ( sucks ## @Ben, Unfortunately there doesn't seem to be anyway of knowing which brand is in stock at any given moment. I think this is because they usually just hand you whatever it is that's sitting on the shelf; and that tends to be from whomever their cheapest supplier is at that time. My suggestion is that if you know of a pharmacy that used to carry a particu...

Is there purple oxycodone? Op on one side 15 on the other? I found one in my sons room but did not know if it is in fact oxy because of the color ## Hello, Gina! How are you? Purdue Pharma lists this tablet as being gray, which could be perceived as purple by some people. But it is a light color, so if it's dark purple, then it doesn't match. The FDA classifies this medication as a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. Is it a light color?

I get the 15mg oxycodone from my pharmacy and it doesn't matter what company the pharmacy buys from, the color is always the same if its M boxes, V's or A-214. My sister found a pill in her car and thought I dropped it but its got A-214, a little thinner than mine and it's dark green! Is it the same? ## Hello, Sereta! How are you? Yes, they are the same, both are manufactured by Actavis and contain 15mgs of Oxycodone in a regular release formulation. I'm not sure why they are slightly different, but they do show that in the databases. orange ## Sorry, you have not provided enough information. This drug is available in both name brand and generic versions. There are many generic manufacturers and each one of them will make a pill that looks different. There are no rules saying that pills with the same ingredient have to look the same! The size, color, shape and imprint will all vary from manufacturer to manufacturer. The only relevant regulations from the FDA state that they must have unique imprints for identification purposes, but these will even differ by manufacturer and strength of the med. In order to identify your pill for you and tell you what it is, you need to provide the complete imprint from the pill, all letters, numbers and/or symbols that may be on it, as well as the color and shape. Then I can look it ...

Oxycodone #15s are color coded which color is strongest... To be specific; Does any color contain more medicine ## Hello, King! How are you? Generic tablets are not color coded, the colors actually don't mean anything, they are entirely up to the whit and whim of the manufacturer. The FDA classifies this medication as a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. And any fluctuations are minimal and insignificant. Is there anything else I can help with? ## Well i have sort of the same kind of question about the 30mg oxycodones because I was taking the 20mg oxycodones np 14's for a few years and now my Dr increase me to 30mg oxycodones but the one's I got from th...

trying to find out what company makes these ## What are the markings on the tablet? That is the information that would enable it to be identified and see who manufactures it. There are several that could be considered to be a peach color and are listed as containing 15mgs. Just as an example, one has the marking 113 on it and is manufactured by Mylan Pharmaceuticals. Is that the tablet you have? Learn more Oxycodone details here. There are others, so please post back with more information, so I can check for you! ## Actually Mylan does not make the Peach 15s.. Actually Mayne makes them.. They are a relatively newer company (about 30 years) and they produce many generics for many brands ## There are no marking on the peach round ones i have

small mint green pill ## On posts such as this, without more details, there is actually no way for anyone to confirm whether or not the tablet in question was Oxycodone. The reason for this is due to the fact that the colors actually don't mean anything, it is the markings on a tablet or capsule that enable it to be identified. If they wanted to, any given manufactured could toss the proper coloring agents into all of their pills to make them a mint green color, the could make them all round and as close to the same size as they could, there are no regulations preventing them from doing so. That said, there are several round, green tablets that contain Oxycodone in the regular release formulation that is a generic for Roxicodone, but as I said, with only this limited information pro...

SMALL ORANGEISH ROUND THICK ## what is your question?? ## Well, it CANNOT be a 25mg Oxycodone, since they don't make them in that dosage. If you wish to know what this pill is, you will have to post back and provide the imprint from the tablet. The colors mean NOTHING so we cannot tell you any information from what you have provided.

What are these (4812 on one side v on the other)? They are very dark green. I've only seen blue and light green 15s. Are these new perhaps and are they real? ## Hi lia, You didn't mention how you got these pills in your possession, but if you're receiving your meds through a doctor via his/her prescription and filling it at a licensed pharmacy, then there shouldn't be any reason for you to question whether they're real, would there? However, if that's not the case then I wouldn't recommend trusting these pills at all without a prior lab analysis since the legitimate version ("V" on one side and "48|12" on the other) is reported to be light blue in color. Additionally, counterfeit pain medication is becoming very prevalent now a days, so if the...

I have disc disease and nerve damage with cancer. I have DNA paper analysis saying that my body is totally ok with 30mil oxycodone. in major pain ## Hello, Star Monroe! How are you? I'm sorry that you're in pain. Unfortunately, there is no listing of doctors according to what they will or will not prescribe that I can refer to for you. Technically, any doctor can prescribe it for pain, however, due to the regulations that were put in place last year, you'll need to see a pain management specialist if you require it on a long-term ongoing basis. Do you have a PCP that could refer you to someone? That would be the fast and easy way to get the help you need. Does anyone know of good doctors in that area? ## Meds Chat Discussion Hi, I am new here to Colorado Springs and have a s...

I think i took a white oblong capsule i was told it was outdone instant relief 5mg. I can't remember the exact numbers on them. I know it started with a 0 and had the number 4 in it. I have taken oxycodone before but never seen it in a capsuse before can u please tell me if it was actually oxycodone ## There's definitely not a medication by the name of "outdone", at least here in the U.S. It sounds like they could've also said Oxycontin, which is an extended release version of Oxycodone. But just to confirm, there are in fact Oxycodone (immediate release) capsules. I've seen a 5mg capsule from Mallinckrodt Pharmaceuticals. This one happens to be brown/yellow in color and imprinted with "0554 M 5 mg". You mentioned that the pill started with a "0" ...

A few got damp and I need to know if they will still be effective and if they are ok to take? ## If they just got damp, they should be fine, though a little of the medication may have dissolved. However, I'd suggest double checking with your doctor or pharmacist. I'm a chronic pain patient who is wheelchair-bound due to the pain after a gunshot and I have just been increased from 20mg of Oxycodone. I was taking the NP 14 20mg and was increased to the 30mg Oxycodones; so what color of the 30mg's Oxycodones are the strongest or what number or imprint is the strongest? The 30mg RP's that I was dispensed don't seem to be as strong as the 20's. Can someone tell me why that is or am I just tripping, or is this pill just of a lesser quality than the other 30's?
