Both of my kidneys are polycystic. My mother had it and two brothers have it. My BP was not rising, as far as I know, unless very unusual circumstances. One doctor near my town prescribed me Olmin 20 LN. Which contains Olmesartan Medoxomil 20 mg and Cilnidipine 10 mg. Nephrologist doctor also said no problem. I take this in the night. The whole regimen for my BP is as follows: Lotensyl 10 1-0-0 Ecosprin 75 0-1-0 Cardoron 100 mg 1 alternate days Night Olmesar H 40 1 Warf 2.5 1 tab Trika or Restyl .25 1 I find my BP is average to 145-150/80-90.
