I came across this pill that says 7.5 n357. Can u identify this please? It's a white pill. I just have not seen this before. ## This tablet is manufactured by Novel Laboratories, and they list it as containing 325mgs of Acetaminophen, and 7.5mgs of Hydrocodone. It is a narcotic analgesic that is used to treat pain. The FDA warns that it carries the risk of being habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, constipation, and dry mouth. Is there anything else I can help with? ## What are these white oblong pills I got with lower case n357 on it and the other side has 7.5? I just want to know what they are and how much medicine is in it?

I have a white oblong pill with just 357 on one side and nothing on the other side. I'm on many medications and found an older bottle in my other purse where the writing faded off of it... ## Hi! May I ask what a Lupin n357 pill looks like and what it contains? ## @Link, You mentioned that the writing faded off of your tablet. Is it possible that the full imprint on the front says M357 and scored on the back? If so, you may have a Hydrocodone/Acetaminophen (5/500mg) tablet made by Mallinckrodt. @Renee, The pill you're describing sounds like Hydrocodone/Acetaminophen (7.5/325mg) made by Novel Labs (Lupin acquired them back in 2016). It's depicted as a white oblong / capsule-shaped pill with N | 357 on one side and 7.5 on the back. I hope this helps!
