1 Topic FoundIdrophos kit contains 1 tablet of idrophos and 30 tablets ofcalcium with vitamin D3 tablets.can the calcium be replaced with Caltan D tablets? ## how i take the IDROFOS KIT tablet ? before break fast or after break fast , Is there any risck factors by taking this tablets ? now ian taking this tablet from 25/12/2013 daily 1 tablet after my break fast is it good r bad ?please help me. i got core decompression last year july -2012 but from the last 2 days iam getting pain on my left leg joint already i used osteophos 70 from the last 11/2 year , doctor advised me to discontinue the osteophos and continue the idrofos kit. ## How to use idorfos tablets kit. Please send a detailed advice with precautions. I suffer from oesteoporsis.I am 70 years old female.
