I get sick on codeine but I'm in severe pain from being hit by a truck. I was struck by the truck while walking in 2014. I need pain medication. I had a bilateral mastectomy a month ago and have been taking methocarbamol for one month every 8 hours. In the last week I'm only taking it at bedtime. The only other meds I'm taking is 4 Advil at the same time. I a suffering from bad night sweats. Could it be caused by the methocarbamol? ## I am also experiencing night sweats while taking methocarbamol. I found that it was listed as one of the less common side effects. ## Hello Natalie, Yes according to the National Institute of Health it is a listed side effect of methocarbamol to have flushing (warmth, tingling feeling, hot flashes) as well as insomnia. I have very painful leg pain. I took naproxen but it gave me stomach cramps. The dr. also gave me ropinirole HCL 3mg, both do not work.. I am also a diabetic. Please help. Can I take methocarbamol and hydrocodone together to ease this pain? The dr. wants to try different medication. So far nothing works. I was also in the hospital for this pain, x-rays were taken. I have a bugling disc for which I am taking fentanyl 25mcg and hydrocodone, but I am still in a great deal of pain that makes me cry. The pain is in my leg and thigh. I have had one series of 3 shots in my back with no relief. Would robaxin help? Im on a pain pump with Hydromorphone. I also take and Gabapentin and tramadol and recently my doc put me on methocarbamol also.... I seen to have a huge increase in obsessive bad thoughts and really bad depression.. is this common? is the new horrible depression because of the new med?? Really full of guilt, dread and feeling like I wish i were.... well , um ..don't have any will to go on like this... I'm not sure why that is, but for this reason I'd encourage you to take her to your nearest vet and have her checked out in person, so she can receive the right kind of care or treatment that will nurse her back to health.
