Im taking diltiazem (inwood)240 mg sa cap and im having something like a rash on my face and my eyes have been bothering me.My doc says it shouldnt be from the medicine i think not anyone have the same results or have any answers. Has anyone had the reddening of the skin due to peripheral vaso dilation, if so when med. Was discontinued did it subside and long did it take? ## Hi Tee, While I don't have personal experience with this particular drug, I did want to add that one of the severe side effects related to Diltiazem is a rash. Does this sound like what you are referring to when you mention "reddening of the skin"?
