That's all it is. Just small, round, yellow and says 20 and nothing on the other side. Anyone? ## @Znorgg, Based on the description provided, I came across two potential matches that are round yellow pills with a "20" on one side and blank on the other. Both happen to be the same medication but are manufactured by two different drug companies. The first is a Zyprexa zydis tablet containing 20mg of Olanzapine, produced by Lilly, Eli and Company. The second is also a 20mg Olanzapine tablet, manufactured by a company called Prasco Labs. Olanzapine is an antipsychotic used for treating symptoms of schizophrenia as well as bipolar disorder.
