Has 44 on top and 332 on bottom. Can anyone identify for me? Thanks ## Unfortunately, I cannot find a listing anywhere for this specific pill. However, I can tell you that these pills marked with a 44 followed by additional numbers are over the counter products. They are sold in many stores as the store brands or generics of other name brand products, such as Tylenol, Aleve and etc. Does anyone else know what this is?

Looks like a large tums, but not sure ## That's a generic Tums, 1000mg calcium carbonate, sold by CVS and other drug stores as the house brand. ## TC is correct. It is a generic for Tums. very pale green or blue pill about the size of a Tums. There is a P under a ^ (like a tent or triangle with no bottom) and the numbers 043 below that. Hi, I suffer with chronic heart burn and would like to know what else i could use. I've tried tums. I can eat a whole bottle and it doesn't help. I've also tried 150mg ranitidine which doesn't help. Does this drug loose its effectiveness if it is split in half like 90 days before taking it? Also will taking tums (2 - 750 mg tablets) with this drug reduce its effectiveness? ## This is a time released formulation of Metoprolol, so it needs to be taken whole, the tablets should not be cut or broken, because that could cause you to get too much of the medication, at once. If you have a tablet that's been cut or broken, you should discard it. I had a thyroidectomy a year ago and developed Hypocalcemia because they damaged my parathyroids. I am on calcitriol 50mcg daily and 4000 of tums a day to stabalize it. My PCP did bloodwork that shows my B12 levels are low and I have been staying sick. She prescribed Folbic, but it says not to take it with other calium, doc says o.k. but I have had Hypercalcemia once and I need some advice. Found these in my daughters purse, two of them in a baggie that shows a piece of paper made in china, cant be correct wrapper but looks sort of like a over sized tums and tastes sort of minty.
