Is anybody get 150 ml infusion of simponi every two month? ## Hello, Felbons! How are you? Simponi is used to treat health conditions, such as RA, psoriatic arthritis and ulcerative colitis, as listed by the FDA. Possible side effects may include chills, night sweats, dry cough, skin rash and loss of appetite. Can anyone that's been on it chime in with their experiences? Have you started it already? If so, how are you doing on it? These medications work great for some people, but many others do seem to have problems with them. It really just varies from person to person.

I just started simponi aria infusion 2 mos ago, Just got my second infusion, immediately the next day I started bleeding from rectum when going to bathroom. So is this bleeding from my recent radiation for prostrate cancer, the continuing prendison I am on or from the simponi aria itself. Can anyone that may be getting this treatment for RA get back to me. Thanks ## Hello, John! How are you doing? is Simponi better or not than embrel ## I used embrel for six months with no improvement. After a few of taking simponi along with methotrexate I have had great improvement. Its like a wonder drug for me. ## Hi I've just had my first injection today have tried Embrel for about 8 months to no avail, I have Rheumatoid Arthritis. After the Embrel I was then put on Humira and had sever reactions to this injection. Now trialling this Anti-TNF. praying that it works and I don't have any sever reactions as with Humira . It's my 4th biological medication now, 1st one Actemera was successful but was taken off due to some side effects. Since getting my first Simponi Aria infusion 3 days ago, I have been well aware of my heart beating really hard in my chest, especially when I lay down to sleep at night. It's not beating fast or rapidly but just beating hard. I lay hear and count the beats while I try to go to sleep. I have also been feeling some tightness in my chest, kind of like my heart has pressure on it. I wouldn't be concerned about it except that I was recently diagnosed with a heart murmur and mild aortic stenosis. My dad passed away last year from a massive heart attack and he had severe aortic stenosis. He had aortic valve replacement which only lasted him 3 years before he died. My RA is pretty bad and I really want this drug Simponi Aria to work for me but this heart condition is really scaring me....
