I had a urinary problem after I bought and ate the kidney of a cow. I was feeling a hot sensation when urinating, so Purbac DS is one drug I was given three days ago. I am still in pain when urinating four days later. ## I'm also having difficulties when urinating. It's painful and I started on this medication a week ago. ## I have just started taking purbac medication but was taking the wrong dose until I noticed. When I diagnosed with food poisoning my doctor prescribed Purbac DS for me forgetting that Im allergic to Sulphur. I was on day 3 of taking the tablets when I realized that I was consuming Sulphur. My stomach is constantly heavy and bloated like I consumed cement. I sometimes take Chinese tea to relieve the constipation but it doesn't seem to be helping because one day I had bloody diarrhea. I had some pimples along my hairline, some were pustular others just papules. It began getting flaky and started all over my forehead then on my face for about four months. I went to the dermatologist who took two seconds to look at me and said that he has very bad news for me and that I have chronic eczema. I was devastated as I had flawless skin before. I have been prescribed purbac for an abscess in the root of my tooth, Two x 960mg DS twice a day. I started the course last night and took this morning and am now very nauseous! Is it the purbac? ## Hello, Val! How are you? Yes, this antibiotic can cause nausea as a side effect. As reported by the FDA, you may also experience dizziness, headache, non-allergic skin rash and diarrhea. Have you tried taking it with food? That can sometimes help reduce the nausea.

I have started taking Purbac DS and Tribuss 5 days ago and I sleep day and night. I'm worried. Please help. ## Drowsiness and somnolence can be normal side effects of this medication, according to the NIH, you may also experience nausea, dizziness, headache, stomach pain, and diarrhea. However, side effects tend to improve, once your body gets used to the medications you are taking, though that may take 4 to 5 weeks. How are you feeling, now? Hi. After not taking my ARV's correctly, I went to my doctor then prescribed purbac ds for me because now I have lost too much weight but the problem now is, I am experiencing slide headache here and then and hv also seen the drops of blood as though am about to go on periods but this has being going on for two weeks. Does purbac DS 960mg has a small size pills my mother is drinking them but she can't swallow them because they are big. ## No, they are all pretty large, due to the amount of medication that is in them. However, it's not a time released tablet, so she could break them in half and swallow them that way, there's no harm in it. You could even break them in several pieces, if necessary, to make it easier for her to swallow.
