Flunitrazepam, also known as Rohypnol among other names,[1] is a benzodiazepine used to treat severe insomnia and assist with anesthesia.[2] As with other hypnotics, flunitrazepam has been advised to be prescribed only for short-term use or by those with chronic insomnia on an occasional basis.[2] It was patented in 1962 and came into medical use in 1974.[3] Flunitrazepam, nicknamed "roofies" or "floonies," is widely known for i...

Having taken nitrazepam with no problems at all for 10 years and finding them a godsend when depression strikes. Have now moved to spain, am told they don't have nitrazepam and have been prescribed flunitrazepam, which i am VERY reluctant to take, mainly due to the anterograde amnesia which is a well known side effect. Any thoughts/ideas, anyone?? Would be grateful to hear from anyone else who´s made this change. Thanks and hope to hear from you asap. ## I really wish I could help, but since other countries do not regulate their prescription drugs as strictly as the U.S. does, finding information on them is very difficult. The only thing I can suggest is speaking to your doctor or pharmacist about your concerns. ## The Rohypnol that your Dr gave you seems a poor substitute for ...

Looking for details about this drug. Thanks. ## Taken from the U.S. D.E.A Site: * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * FLUNITRAZEPAM (Rohypnol) - 'roofies' Introduction Recent seizures and anecdotal reporting indicate that distribution and abuse of flunitrazepam are increasing domestically, especially in southern and southwestern States. Of particular concern is the drug's low cost, usually below $5 per tablet, and its growing popularity among young people. Flunitrazepam is a benzodiazepine that is used in the short-term treatment of insomnia and as a sedative-hypnotic and preanesthetic medication. It has physiological effects similar to diazepam (commonly known by its trade name, Valium®), although flunitrazepam is approximately 10 times more potent. Flunitrazepam neither is ma...

Someone in another thread here wrote that their father takes four 2mg Clonazepam to get to sleep. He's having problems because he is taking Amitriptyline at the same time. Well the answer is in the question. Don't take either. Clonazepam is not a hypnotic sleeper. Amitriptyline isn't either. The latter is just rubbish to get you out of surgery and Clonazepam is a strong Benzo that helps prevent seizures in Epilepsy. Halcyon is/was a great sleeping pill. Flurazepam and Flunitrazepam allowed in Sweden is another. Phenobarbital, Tunal, and Temazepam are not so good but are a hypnotic. I hope this helps anyone else who may be seeking alternative sleep aids. ## Amitripylene is a horrible drug! Was prescribed this because I had a bad reaction to gabipinton. My body never adjusted ...

Not sure what he was putting in there. he said zanex, but i dont know for sure. ## It's time to find a divorce attorney. ## Xanax wouldn't work like that, unless he used a very large amount of it, which you would notice and taste in a drink. However, what does work like that is Rohypnol, which contains the active ingredient Flunitrazepam, it's also been dubbed the 'date rape drug'. Learn more Flunitrazepam details here. In europe where i can find rohypnol original, In wich country is possible to buy it. ## Rohypnol contains the active ingredient Flunitrazepam. If you are unable to locate the brand of Rohypnol, I would consider asking any of your local pharmacies if they carry generic Flunitrazepam. Its legal status in the UK is a class C drug, which means that it's illegal to possess Flunitrazepam without a prescription. As far as other countries go, it’s not legally available in the US (so the UK is still your best bet), but it is still made in some countries as illegal trade continues. I hope this info helps!

capsule white with black and red stripes GG 507 ## This pill is generic Serax 30 mg made by Sandoz. Its chemical name is oxazepam. It is a benzodiazepine drug. Some common benzodiazepines other than oxazepam include Valium (diazepam, Xanax (alprazolam), Klonopin (clonazepam), Halcion (triazolam), Rohypnol (Flunitrazepam), and Ativan (lorazepam); there are many many other benzodiazepines in existance besides these that are just not marketed at this time. The primary use of oxazepam is to treat anxiety disorders, particularly panic attacks. Oxazepam is a short half life, fast acting benzodiazepine like alprazolam and lorazepam making it very useful to abort panic attacks. It is relatively mild (30 mg oxazepam = 10 mg diazepam = 0.5 mg alprazolam = 40 mg chlordiazepoxide). Oxazepam is aval...

I have suffered chronic insomnia for over 30 years and now my current doc will not prescribe any hypnotics at all. I used to rotate 3/4 meds to avoid tolerance, on the advice of a previous, much more understanding GP. He would script me triazolam, quinalbarbitone (now called Secobarbital) or the combo Tuinal, methaqualone and flunitrazepam 2mg. I am looking for a source of TOQUILONE, made by Medichemie, Switzerland, which is precisely the same as the old, now withdrawn, drug MANDRAX. 250mg of methaqualone plus 25mg diphenhydramine. Probably the best, fastest acting sleeper I ever had, ensuring at least my 8 hrs per night. I know it's prescribed in several countries & costs about €10/25. But does anybody know if I can get it prescribed online? I can not find a d...
