Based on the description you provided, I think it could be 1 of 2 possibilities: 1) Tab, White, Round with imprint S: Pain killer containing Acetaminophen 325mg + Codeine 8mg + Doxylamine 5mg. A brand name of this is Mersyndol. This drug is found in Canada. 2) Tab, White, Round, Scored with imprint S: Fertility drug Clomiphene 50 mg. There may be other possibilities, but please let me know if either of those sound familiar.

The prescribed medication, Codoxol, is typically yellow, but I've been given a green variant with instructions to take half a tablet three times a day (TDS).
