However, it has been removed from the market, by FDA request, due to the fact that it was found to cause a high risk of cardiac dangers, as well as very high risk of overdose. 5114V PILLPINK ## Yes this is propoxyphene 100mg and acetaminophen 650mg otherwise known as propoxyphene napsylate or brand name darvocet-n 100. It is used for mild to moderate pain and can be addictive. Side effects include dizziness, euphoria, tiredness. ## I wanted to add some updated information to this page for other site visitors. Since this post was made, Propoxyphene and its relatives were all pulled from the U.S. market due to the high risk it was found to cause of cardiac dangers in some people that were taking it. Since it was just a very mild narcotic pain reliever, the FDA deemed that its risks far outweighed its benefits. I know it worked well for some people and there are those that wonder why they can no longer have it prescribed, or how to find it, which is why I wanted...

pink,5114,v ## a white oblong pill with IP 111 on it what is it? ## 5114V is not Vicodin, it contains 650mgs of Acetaminophen and 100mgs of Propoyphene, a generic for Darvocet, this is a very mild narcotic pain reliever. Some of the most common side effects include: nausea, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. ## IP111 contains 500mgs of Acetaminophen and 5mgs of Hydrocodone and is a generic for Vicodin. This is a narcotic analgesic. The side effects are similar to what I posted above. Was this prescribed for you, or did you just find the pill?
