Tri Chlor 4 for animals

What is the product i saw on good morning ameica , called tri chlo four, and usrd to protect animals, there was amention of bed bugs.? ## I saw this, too. It's Trichlor 4, but I don't know where to buy it. Where can this be purchased? ## I am not finding any information on this specific product and i have been looking for a few days, since I first saw this post. I have found information on something called Tri-Chlor 1 that contains Chlorine for aquarium use, but nothing for the number 4. Do you remember any other information on it? Have you tried checking the GMA website to see if they have something about it on there?
