Phentytoin Overview

Phenytoin (PHT), sold under the brand name Dilantin among others,[1] is an anti-seizure medication.[2] It is useful for the prevention of tonic-clonic seizures and focal seizures, but not absence seizures.[2] The intravenous form is used for status epilepticus that does not improve with benzodiazepines.[2] It may also be used for certain heart arrhythmias or neuropathic pain.[2] It can be taken intravenously or b...

please tell me of the side effects of the Phentytoin sodium (Eption) tablets ## ## Dear Sir, I am Gangadhara BY (BE mechanical ) Age 34 Years , i am working manufacturing unit in production section resently i got first Epilepsy on 4th Oct 2012 morining 4 am around 15min. it is in sleeping time only Please suggest what is the problem
