Eravacycline (TP-434, Xerava) is a synthetic halogenated tetracycline class antibiotic in development by Tetraphase Pharmaceuticals. It is closely related to tigecycline. It has a broad spectrum of activity including many multi-drug resistant strains of bacteria.
