Is this system still under development? I've used Mylan fentanyl transdermal patches for several years. Started with 50 ug/hr and now using 75 ug/hr. Of the three day cycle, the first day is good - effective pain reduction without "druggy" side effects. The second day is usually pretty good if I haven't been too active physically. The third day usually sucks to the point that some days I don't even get out of bed. Based in my experience, it doesn't appear likely that going to 100 ug/hr patches would help.
