Does digitek and ibuprofen thin your blood?

I'm on metoprolol and digitek. I had a cold so I took ibuprofen and pseudoephedrine. Would this cause thinning of blood? My nose is bleeding and eyes appear very bloodshot. ## Ibuprofen is an NSAID and while it may cause bleeding and change the way your blood forms platelets it does not thin your blood. This is pretty much a characteristic of most NSAIDs. Aspirin is the most common NSAID known to actually think the blood. ## Ibuprofen has been known to cause hemorrhage, so yes, it can cause blood thinning, and other issues, according to FDA reports.
