Dihydrocodeine is a semi-synthetic opioid analgesic prescribed for pain or severe dyspnea, or as an antitussive, either alone or compounded with paracetamol (as in co-dydramol) or aspirin. which to choose DF118'Forte 40mg. or DHC60mg?

I read many postings about how the DF118 Forte's40's are more of a sufficient high as compared to, say, DHC60's.
