small round white pill number 43 on one side dp other

I found a baggie with several pills in it. My husband passed away with cancer. Wondering if he was hoarding pills for suicide. There are 2 other kinds of pills in the baggie also. ## Hello, Nan! How are you? I'm very sorry for your loss, that so tragic. As to this pill, it is manufactured by Barr Laboratories and they list it as being a 0.9mg Cenestin tablet, which is a synthetic estrogen. It is most commonly used for hormone replacement therapy. The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache and irritability. Is there anything else I can help with? ## Thank you very much for the information and for the kind words. I thought the pills looked familiar.

cenestan used to controll menopose simtoms ## I have been taking Cenestin for three and a half years now. I had a complete hysterectomy and bilateral oopherectomy and have taken cenestin since that time. I do not have any comments other than, it seems to cause weight gain, and make weight loss more difficult. I am interested in hearing other people's experience on this drug and if they have taken any other menopausal drugs, how this compares.
