I had a total knee replacement and both legs hurt, my back also . I just have aches and pains for the past 5 yrs. can gabapen tin 300 help relieve some pain ??? Please please help

Yes they will help. Some people say it won't because they wont bother to take them. People in denial that it actually could help them because they want narcotic pain pills.

Yes it can I take 800mg of gabapentin. It helps with the pins and needles that I experience so try them but I would ask for at least the 600mg...
