The blue, oval tablet with the marking IG 213 is manufactured by Camber Pharmaceuticals and they list it as containing 50mgs of Sertraline, which is an SSRI antidepressant. So, it is not a Xanax, nor is it a related medication in the same class and it does not work the same.
The FDA lists the typical side effect of Sertraline as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, dry mouth and weight changes.
