What pharmacy carries qualitest norco (yellow pills) in Arlington, TX?

Do you not have a phone...call around and ask. I have not been refused an answer when i have called and asked if a pharmacy carried them..... but qualitest was bought by par pharmaceuticals.... some stores still use qualitest name and some use par name, but beware par also has a plant in NY that makes white norco. The yellows are made in alabama... Good luck.

Rick, did u ever find them? I live in ft worth and Walgreens only give you Watson brand. I'm scared to say anything because I'm might be put on the LIST! Lol. Let me know plz

After a great deal of calling pharmacies around the Chicago area, I found them at an independent pharmacy in Mt Prospect which is a suburb of Chicago. The pharmacist was very knowledgeable and helpful. So, you may want to check smaller independent pharmacies and not the big chain locations.

In Tennessee they are only allowed to have so many controlled substances in an independent drugstore. Walmart and the big chains carry fakes. I would love to know where to go to get these analyzed and complain!

Where did you get this info? You are misinformed. I still get them, they're just not easy to find... & drug stores don't care. They buy cheap ineffective crap to make more profit. Then when you complain they treat you like a criminal to hide their incompetence.

I thought I was the only one that felt a difference between the Qualitest Norco 10/325 and the other manufacturers. I have degenerative disc disease and have taken the Qualitest pill off and on for ten years. Now I find I can no longer get it. So, I tried calling Qualitest and was informed that they have been sold to a company called Par Pharmaceuticals. I called them and was told to call some distributors in the Chicago area. I’m am still working on it and will post when I find something out. I’m furious with low-life drug dealers who ruin things for us that have legitimate pain.

You're lucky to get anything filled nowadays I had friends the other day that had to go to for pharmacies to get there pain medication they're making criminals out of it at makes me sick because most of us that are taking this garbage need to take it

I think there is a lot of misinformation surrounding this subject. The big retail chain pharmacies no longer carry Qualitest hydrocodone. This is the only brand that works for me. As someone said, it is a lot cheaper for the chains to purchase the inferior brands. I called Qualitest and was told that they were sold to Par Pharmaceuticals. Par told me to call one of their distributors. They gave me a few numbers but I never received a callback. A friend suggested that I try calling independent pharmacies. After many calls, I did find one that uses a Par Pharmaceutical distributor. The pharmacist at the independent pharmacy specials orders them for me. They are identical to pills that I used to get from CVS, 7.5mg, peach ovals. My doctor writes "Qualitest brand only" on the prescription. It took time, ingenuity and hard work locating this pharmacy but it is well worth it.

i think being a narcotic you will need to hand deliver your script ---- best plan is to call and ask --- qualitest was bought by par so some stores use par and some use qualitest ---- so i would ask them if they have the yellow made in alabama by qualitest distributed by par --- but beware par also has a place in ny that makes whites that for me are not near the quality ---- good luck

It's a shame that the government is controlling medications. I am on Norco and I get mine filled at Walgreen's which they get them from Actavis. The pill says Watson but Watson sold out to Actavis and the pills are horrible, they don't work. They are taking pain medication away from people who really need it but yet they give out Narcan to people who overdose on heroin so they can go back and do heroin again, but they limit pain medication to those of us who are in pain.

Yes true —they do NOT like when you call on the phone asking and they WILL tell you they're not allowed to tell you anything over the phone! And even when you locate the yellow, there really is no difference any longer “BECAUSE THEY HAVE CHANGED THE FORMULA“. Been that way about 4 years or so now! They want you pill free in America of pain narcotics that is. Chronic pain sufferers are scorned in today’s hostile medical system! They only want pain meds available to themselves and rarely ever want to OPEN the discussion of how MANY people in (medical profession) have been FIRED due to drug addiction and THEFT OF MEDICATIONS that are supposed to GO to them whom PRESCRIBED for.
