Did you mean to say Watson 783 by chance? This marking fits your description and the number 3 could possibly be mistaken for an 8 if there are any smudges on the number.

The white round pill in description marked Watson 783 is Diethylpropion HCl (25 mg). It is used to help treat obesity and has a low potential for abuse.
