I'm not finding anything that meets this description, with just the 10 marking in our prescription drug resources.

Was it found in the U.S. or elsewhere?

If it is really tiny, it may be some sort of hormonal tablet or birth control, not all of them are listed in the databases, it could also be something available over the counter.
