V 58 12 is a form of muscle relaxer. typically prescibed for patients with back pain.
Completely INCORRECT
This is not a muscle relaxer.
V 5812 is from Qualitest Products, this is Salsalate 750mgs.
Salsalate is a generic for Disalcid an anti-inflammatory drug that helps to reduce pain by reducing associated swelling and inflammation.
Now, the reason your sister probably had it is that many people are of the mistaken belief that the V on it stands for Vicodin. Many people do not realize that it is just a company logo and does not stand for a drug at all.
I found an oblong shaped blue pill that has 750 on one side and U S on the other side with a line in the middle of the letters. Could you PLEASE tell me what this pill is? I would greatly appreciate it.
