Hi Nick,

Pill imprint 503 has been identified as Tizanidine hydrochloride 4 mg.

Manufacturer: Caraco Pharmaceutical Laboratories

National Drug Code (NDC): 57664-0503

Tizanidine is a drug that is used as a muscle relaxant. It is not subject to the Controlled Substances Act and to my knowledge, is not classified as a narcotic.

You can learn more about this drug on the page Tizanidine Details

I hope this helps!
