Myself husain.. At the age of 15 yers i started taking Corex (cough Syrup) ie. 8 to 10 Bottles a day and capsules like Spasmo Proxyon (Stomache Painkillers) ie. 8 to 10 Strips a day which consists of 8 capsules per strip. from 15 to date ie. now i m 33 years. Almost the above mentioned dosage was taken by me for this 18 years and now i find plenty of problems like Eyesight has decreased, cant concentrate, feel exhausted, cant run fast, hands and face shiver whenever i am frightened, feelin guilty always, weak libido, hearing low from my ears and memory loss. Can i know what should i take now that can cure me at the earliest. I would like to take some dosage which erases all the changes in myself and bring me back to normal position.

That will never happen, after so many years of abusing drugs, some of the damages you have caused to your body are permanent and there is no cure.

As to how to help with some of them and perhaps reverse some damage, no one but a doctor can help you with that.

you can take energy drinks and herbal medicines that are available in the market. and wake up early in morning and start a jogging or a slow run. there is no damage as such but its just the illusion that is in your mind. and consult a doctor soon. surly Allah is merciful and benefecial
