Hello, Carter! How are you?

This is classified by the FDA a a broad spectrum antibiotic, so it can be used to treat various types of bacterial infections, if your doctor instructs you that it's appropriate. It's usually taken twice daily for anywhere from 5 to 10 days, depending on the severity of the infection.

The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, non-allergic skin rash and diarrhea.

Is there anything else I can help with?
