i am taking propan with iron every before bedtime. 2 days later when i started to take it but i have already observed little changes in terms of my appetite in eating... maybe, a month later i will observed a big difference... :-)

helo im 48 yrs old na po ano po bang taman pag inom nang propan kasi ang timbang ko noon ya 60 . at ngayon ay 48 na. ano po bang dapat kng gawin. para maibalik ang timbang ko po.
